Trunk or Treat
October 27, 2018, 10:00 am - 12:00 pmFree
With autumn in full swing, Wheaton’s Gary United Methodist Church will be getting into the spirit of the season with its annual “Trunk or Treat” event on Saturday, October 27 from 10am to 12pm. The event will offer kids a safe alternative to door-to-door trick or treating. Treats will be served from the trunks of church members’ awesomely-decorated vehicles. Costumes, which should be church-friendly, are encouraged.
This year’s Trunk or Treat will take place during Downtown Wheaton Association’s “Boo-Palooza.” The public is invited to take the short walk to the church parking lot on Hale St, right across from Memorial Park, and have some great fun at this spooktacular event!
About Gary United Methodist Church: Located just north of downtown Wheaton at 224 N Main St, Gary Church is an active, mission-oriented congregation with deep roots in the community going back over 160 years.
All events will be reviewed before publishing to the calendar. Event approval usually occurs on Wednesdays; if you need your event to be reviewed before then, please email Annie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
