Find family-friendly events in your area! The calendar now features filters… you can sort the events by category, venue, cost, day, even by your location. Enjoy our wonderful community!
Everyone is welcome to add events to the Kidlist calendar, given that they are drop-in and/or free special events (no ongoing classes or camps that require registration) and are local to the west and/or southwest suburbs of Chicago. Click on the blue “Submit an Event” button and fill out the form.

Trunk or Treat
October 30, 2018, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pmFree
Join Bright Horizons® at Naperville for an evening of family-friendly Halloween fun! Families are invited to decorate the trunk of their car and park it on our lot as one of the stops along our trick-or-treat route.
Attendees will be voting and prizes will be awarded for the best car in the following categories:
- Most Unique
- People’s Choice
We kindly ask that any treats you provide are store bought and manufactured in a nut-free factory. If you prefer not to bring a vehicle, we still encourage you to join us for some safe trick-or-treating. Because this event is open to the public, you’re more than welcome to invite friends, family, and neighbors to join our celebration.
The parking lot will be available from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM if you would like to decorate your car on-site.
Please RSVP to Naperville@brighthorizons.com with your name, number of trick-or-treaters, and if you are decorating your vehicle.
All events will be reviewed before publishing to the calendar. Event approval usually occurs on Wednesdays; if you need your event to be reviewed before then, please email Annie at email@example.com.
