Studying Sea Turtles: Life Underwater with Annabelle Brooks (Virtual)

Annabelle Brooks has over eighteen years of marine ecology experience conducted in The Bahamas, Caribbean and in the Indian Ocean, and been based on Eleuthera, The Bahamas, since 2005. Here she was faculty at The Island School and in her most senior position was the Director of the Cape Eleuthera Institute. There Annabelle has researched sea turtles for the last ten years, as well as invasive lionfish, sustainable aquaculture and fisheries, coral restoration, and shark ecology. Annabelle has educational experience with middle-school through college-aged students from both the United States, England and The Bahamas, and is currently completing her PhD through the University of Exeter, U.K., on the ecology of juvenile green sea turtles in The Bahamas.
