St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Everybody loves a parade…and Forest Park’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade is the best of the western suburbs. Over 60 entries including bagpipers, marching bands, Irish dancers, local business entries, Medinah Shriner parade units, local police and fire departments and much more, are just the beginning of a great day on Madison Street. The parade kicks off at 1 p.m. from Madison and Van Buren and travels east on Madison to Elgin. Check out our dining guide to plan your ‘after parade’ meal and more fun! Grab your friends and watch the Parade all along Madison Street, or enter to march in the parade.
