Market shoppers will find a variety of farm fresh, organic fruits and vegetables provided by Chicago Heights-based Zeldenrust Farm and newcomer Lyons Fruit Farm from South Haven, Michigan. Additionally, a wide variety of food products and merchandise will be available for purchase.
Town Center Marketplace farmers accept the Senior/WIC program coupons. Here is what you will find at TCM:
Zeldenrust Farm: flowers, fruit and vegetables, herbs, and honey
Lyons Fruit Farm: chicken eggs, fruit (when in season: strawberries, blueberries, cherries, apricots, plums, pears, peaches, nectarines, raspberries, and apples), asparagus, tomatoes, maple syrup, and apple cider
South Holland Fire Department: grilled hamburgers (including vegetarian) and hotdogs, Italian sausage, and grilled sweet corn-on-the-cob
South Holland Police Department: special treats
Kirk’s BBQ: bbq ribs, rib tips, chicken, and hot links
William’s Catering, Inc.: stir-fry, including chicken and vegetables, catfish, and bread pudding
Dream Chef: fresh salads (caprese, mixed greens, fruit) and peach cobbler
Kingdom Sweets: Krunch Crazy snack treat
Sugar Rush Cupcakery: cupcakes and cake pops
Tastefully Simple: prepackaged food items, such as beer bread, dips, cheeseballs, pound cakes, spices, oils, sauces, and kitchen gadgets
