Raising Healthy Kids Free Brunch & Workshop

Parents, please join us at HEALTH TRACK in Glen Ellyn where you will learn these essential strategies to foster healthy development:

  • Optimizing Digestion, Gut Health & Super Nutrition
  • Learning the Impact of Posture & Ways to Strengthen it
  • Preventing & Recovering From Sports Injuries 
  • Solutions For Common Issues Like Ear Infections, Digestive Issues 
  • Behavior/Inattention, Sleep Problems & More!

We will provide brunch for all after the presentation and gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available.
