Offered Saturdays or Sundays in November 2017-March 2018. Designed for children and adults to explore nature topics together. Enjoy fun hands-on activities, games, crafts, experiments, nature books and more. Knoch Knolls Nature Center River Room
November – Hooting Owls on November 5, 12, 19 and 26, 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. December – Illinois Mammals on December 9, 16, 23 and 30, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. January – Trees in Winter on January 6, 13 and 20, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. February – Winter Birds and the Great Backyard Bird Count on February 10 and 17, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and February 19, 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. March – Maple Sugaring, March 4, 11, 18 and 25, 12:30-3:30 p.m. |
