GET READY TO BE INSPIRED AND EMPOWERED THROUGH THE VISUAL EXPERIENCE
The highly visible Mobile Museum of Tolerance (MMOT) for Illinois, is impactful, on-the-go, self contained mobile classroom; designed to inspire and empower people to raise their voices and take action against hate and intolerance.
The MMOT offers a hands on experiential learning environment that exposes the dynamics of discrimination in both historical and contemporary contexts and challenges us to confront bias, including our own. Highly skilled facilitators create a safer space for difficult conversations, where participants are challenged to question assumptions, broaden self-awareness, and engage in reflective listening.
