Maple Syruping

Join us to learn how to tap maple trees and turn the sap into maple syrup. You will also learn about the history of tree tapping, weather conditions needed to get the sap, and how to transform raw sap into delicious maple syrup. Over breakfast, you will get to compare homemade maple syrup to store bought syrup. Dress for the weather. Register early, space is limited. This program must meet a minimum of 15 participants by Wednesday, March 15th at 12noon to run.
