Lunar New Year Celebration

FreeTogether with the Xilin Association, Fox Valley Mall will welcome the Year of the Rabbit with a fun-filled Chinese New Year celebration.
Throughout the free event, there will be cultural activities, exploration booths and performances.
– an interactive Chinese calligraphy demonstration
– DIY Chinese lantern crafts
– a chopsticks challenge hands-on game
– an interactive Chinese handkerchief dance demonstration
– a Chinese yo-yo demonstration,
– a ring-toss game
– pine-well crafts
– photo op
The event, held in Center Park on the Lower Level, will also feature an array of cultural activities and brief 5- to 10-minute live performances that will both educate and entertain guests.
