The library will close early on Friday, October 20 at 3 pm and re-open at 6 pm transformed into two floors of bone-chilling hauntings! Visit the library after hours, if you dare!
In the lobby, Chicagoland authors will talk horror and have books available for purchase.

In the Youth Department, find family-friendly frights and participate in a scavenger hunt. In the North and South meeting rooms, watch movies from the Disney’s Halloween Spooktacular binge box. On the 2nd floor, Glenbard South Theatre students and others will act out scripts written by Chicagoland authors. Please note that there may be flashing lights in use on the 2nd floor.
