Halloween at City Hall

Official Trick-or-Treating hours for the City of Aurora are 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Before you head out to the neighborhoods, bring the children for HALLOWEEN AT CITY HALL where they will get candy from 10+ City departments, with staff members dressed in fun costumes. This year, the activities will happen right on Water Street Mall next to City Hall!
