Glow Art

Use Neon oil pastels, highlighters, black lights, and so much more to create art. We will experiment with Neon, Black lights, and anything that glows in the dark! Dress for the mess and a warning to parents, your children may end up fully covered in highlighters…(but don’t worry, it easily washes off).
