I am with you and I see you through this time of uncertainty. I felt a strong calling to help in some way to bring a felt sense of peace and calm to my community. Starting the week of 3.16.2020, I will be offering FREE Virtual Family Yoga classes!

– Classes will be interactive and engaging through technology! I will be using Zoom Video Conferencing (and we will see how it works out)!!
– Each class will be between 20-30 minutes, recommended for ages 3 and up.
– Registration is required as space is limited to make sure I can still make the classes as interactive as possible.
– You will be required to have a cell phone, tablet or computer with audio capability to participate.
– It is recommended that you have a safe space to be able to move through the poses, a yoga mat or towel, and bring blank paper and markers or crayons.

Click on ticket link below to be directly brought to registration page! I look forward to reimagining what’s possible to bring the community together in this way.
