Fourth of July Celebration
July 4, 2018, 3:00 pm - 9:30 pm
FreeEnjoy music and fireworks on the Fourth at RiverEdge Park. The patriotic American Legion Band will fill you with pride as they bring American standards, marches and more. Next is the 60-plus member Fox Valley Orchestra that will play everything from top 40 hits to classics and your favorite movie scores. End the night with an impressive fireworks show that will make you realize Aurora isn’t called the City of Lights for nothing.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
The City of Aurora is offering free park and ride shuttle service from 5:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. providing round trip transportation to 10 convenient locationsthroughout the city. The shuttles will resume service after the fireworks display with the latest departure scheduled for 11 p.m. LEARN MORE
METRA SCHEDULE
The Metra will be using its Sunday schedule for Wednesday, July 4. The BNSF line runs directly to the Aurora Transportation Center directly across the street from RiverEdge Park. VIEW SCHEDULE
NO ALCOHOL
IMPORTANT! Coolers, food and drinks are welcome, but NO ALCOHOL is allowed in the Park. Food and drink vendors will be open during the concerts.
