Fitness Dayz

FreeTry some of the park districtโs fitness programs with a great workout in one of our parks!
Outdoor Zumba: Try a Zumbaยฎ class and dance yourself out to a great time and a calorie burning party! Make sure to wear good workout shoes like you would at the studio and bring your water. Rain location: Exercise Room at the DGLC.
Yoga at the Farm: Enjoy a Vinyasa Yoga class at Fischer Farm surrounded by a wooded forest preserve. Mats will be provided, but participants are free to bring their own. Make sure to bring water. Rain location: Granary Barn at the Farm.
Outdoor Bootcamp: Complete strength, balance, core, speed and agility circuits as well as resistance training for a full body workout. All fitness levels are welcome, allowing participants to work out at their own pace. Modifications can be made for every circuit. All necessary fitness equipment will be provided; just bring water. Rain location: DGLC Exercise Room
