Cardboard Boat Regatta

August 5, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

$10 – $20

The sky’s the limit – and sometimes, the bottom of the pool, when it comes to the Community Pool Cardboard Boat Regatta.

Your mission…to build a boat out of corrugated cardboard and duct tape that is capable of being launched and paddled across the pool with your boat intact and all crew members on board at the finish line.

Winners are determined by fastest race times. Additional award categories have been added this year to make the event one to remember! It will be a night of hilarious fun, whether you’re onboard or on shore. Will the boats float? There’s only one way to find out.

Concessions will be available for purchase during this event. Registration packets, to include regatta rules, will be made available at the Community Center. Pre-registration required – entry deadline Wednesday, August 3rd. Spectators are welcome! Rain date scheduled for Friday, August 12th.
