Annual Fishing Derby

FreeReel in three hours of family fun at the Annual Fishing Derby. Prizes are awarded for the shortest and longest fish caught by each age level. The Downers Grove Moose, Rod and Gun Club and the Downers Grove Park District co-sponsor this annual event. A fishing license is required for participants 16 years and older. Licenses can be purchased at Bass Pro Shop or Wal-Mart. Registration required on-site at Barth Pond on the day of the event to be eligible for awards/prizes.
